The on-premises perpetual license must have been purchased before September 1, 2024, with an active Enhancement Plan.
The corresponding online product must generally be new to the customer; Microsoft’s exceptions apply to previous online licenses.
The fixed three-year term is non-cancellable, and the promotional discount is non-renewable. The required cloud license value also depends on your existing Enhancement Plan value.
