Finance & reporting
Manage accounting, budgets, cash flow, and reporting from a dependable source of data.
Your business. Intelligently connected.

For eligible existing customers. The discount applies to qualifying licenses, not migration or consulting services.
Core processes in one system
Manage accounting, budgets, cash flow, and reporting from a dependable source of data.
Work consistently from quote to invoice and keep customer information available in one place.
Coordinate demand, vendors, purchase orders, and availability with greater transparency.
Organize inventory, locations, and movements while identifying shortages earlier.
Bring resources, orders, time, and costs together around your operating model.
Use current role-based metrics to understand performance directly from business data.
Business Central Online as SaaS
With Business Central Online as software as a service (SaaS), Microsoft operates the cloud platform, deploys security updates centrally, and monitors the infrastructure continuously. In practice, this often provides a significantly stronger and more current level of protection against cyberattacks than a typical self-managed on-premises environment.
Ongoing monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and centrally deployed security updates shorten the time to protection.
Tenant data, backups, and network traffic are protected, and each environment uses an isolated database.
Microsoft Entra ID supports MFA and preferably passwordless sign-in with passkeys or FIDO2 security keys.
Automated backups, high availability, and geographic redundancy strengthen recovery and business continuity.
The difference from on-premises: Your own servers must be hardened, monitored, patched, backed up, and kept recoverable by your internal team. With Business Central Online as software as a service (SaaS), Microsoft operates these platform responsibilities at scale with specialized security teams.
Security remains a shared responsibility. Secure endpoints, consistent MFA and ideally passkeys for passwordless sign-in, along with appropriate roles and carefully assigned permissions, remain part of your organization’s responsibility. We help you configure them correctly.
